The first time I made an apple ...That looks great! The first time I made an apple pie it called for a giant amount of apples, too. I wonder why they never sell pies like that in the store.<br /><br />Oh, and a tip for the crust, I find it's good to use your fingers to mix it all, until it gets to the texture of, like, course...meal? I can't remember how they describe it.
